Musket Powder Red Label — Meat Lovers Pizza


Ingredients

Dough (or use store-bought)

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp instant yeast

½ tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

⅓ cup warm water

Sauce

¾ cup crushed tomatoes

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp Musket Powder Red Label

½ tsp sugar (optional)

Toppings

1 ½–2 cups shredded mozzarella

2 oz pepperoni

3–4 oz cooked Italian sausage

2–3 slices cooked bacon, chopped

2 oz chopped ham (optional)

1–2 tsp Musket Powder Red Label

Olive oil (for brushing)

Parmesan, for garnish

Directions

Make the Dough
Combine flour, yeast, and salt. Stir in olive oil and warm water.
Knead until smooth (5–7 min), cover, and let rise 30–45 min.

Preheat Oven
Set oven to 500°F (260°C). Heat a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Prepare Sauce & Meats
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cook sausage and bacon; drain well.

Shape the Pizza
Roll or stretch dough into a 12-inch circle.
Brush lightly with olive oil.

Build It
Spread sauce evenly over crust.
Top with cheese, meats, and a sprinkle of Musket Powder Red Label .

Bake
Bake 8–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.

Finish & Serve
Top with Parmesan and another pinch of Musket Powder Red Label.
Slice and enjoy hot!
