Glazed Honey Carrots with Gold Label

  • 15-20 large carrots
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 Scoops Raw Big Horn Bison Honey
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2-3 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees 
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, Chop them lengthwise so they aren't as thick.
  3. Drizzle with Olive Oil
  4. Peel and mince garlic and chop rosemary sprigs; add to carrots.
  5. Roast for 30 minutes.
  6. When carrots are soft, remove from the oven and add two scoops of honey.
  7. Stir until honey melts and coats carrots.
